Payment Terms: All custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance. Final payment must be received upon completion before shipping.

Order Changes: No changes can be made once the order is accepted and production begins.

Payment & Shipping: If final payment is not received upon completion, the product will not be shipped and the original deposit is forfeit.

Returns & Exchanges: All custom orders are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Product Use: If the product is misused due to customer error and not used for its intended purpose, no refunds will be given.
